These terms apply to your use of drriathukral.com and to appointment requests made through it. By using this website, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. This website does not create a doctor–patient relationship

2. Appointment requests are requests, not bookings

The form on this site opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message that you send to the clinic. Choosing a date and time indicates your preference; it does not reserve a slot. An appointment is confirmed only when the clinic replies to confirm it. Please do not travel to the clinic on the strength of an unconfirmed request.

3. Consultation hours

Consultations run Monday to Friday and Sunday, 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, and additionally on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The clinic is closed on Saturdays. Hours may change on public holidays or at short notice; the clinic's Instagram and Google listing carry current updates.

4. Fees, cancellations, and medicines

Consultation and medicine charges are confirmed at the time of booking and displayed at the clinic. Fees may be revised from time to time. If you cannot attend a confirmed appointment, please inform the clinic in advance so the slot can be released to another patient.

5. Online consultations

Video consultations are offered for both first and follow-up appointments, subject to the applicable telemedicine practice guidelines in India. Online consultation is not suitable in every case — Dr. Ria may ask you to attend in person where an examination is needed. Where medicines are couriered, delivery timelines depend on the courier and are outside the clinic's control.

7. Accuracy of information you provide

Please give accurate and complete information about your symptoms, history, and any medication you are taking, including medicines prescribed by other doctors. Prescribing depends on it. The clinic is not responsible for outcomes arising from information that was withheld or misstated.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, photographs, the clinic seal and logo, page design, and any downloadable material including the clinical reference guide offered on this site — belongs to Dr. Ria Thukral's Homeopathic Clinic unless stated otherwise. You may read, print, and share it for personal or educational use with attribution. You may not republish it commercially, sell it, or present it as your own work without written permission.

9. Third-party links and embeds

This site links to and embeds third-party services including Google Maps, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Google Reviews. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and content may occasionally be out of date. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site without notice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the clinic is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, from reliance on general information published here, or from the unavailability of the site or of third-party services embedded in it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability arising from professional clinical care.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
